Drew Gaw serves as the principal appraiser for Gaw & Associates, a residential and small multifamily appraisal firm which provides valuation services throughout the Greater Nashville MSA. His experience spans a wide range of property types including single‐family residential, multi‐family, commercial and residential subdivisions. He has performed appraisals throughout Tennessee. Mr. Gaw began his career in the appraisal industry in 2013 and received the State of Tennessee Certified General appraiser certification in April 2018. Mr. Gaw is a FHA/HUD approved appraiser.
