TURNAROUND TIME

Gaw & Associates Appraisal prides itself in how we serve our clients: Professional, accurate and fast. For residential work, inspections are usually scheduled within a week or less with completion of appraisal soon thereafter. For residential work, appraisals are completed within approximately three weeks of engagement. Requests can also be accommodated for rush appraisals.

Although we complete most of our work for mortgage purposes, we regularly do appraisals for estate purposes, divorces, establishment of a sales price, and other purposes.
